From Concept to Reality: Smartwatch Prototype & Seal

When a client needed a high-fidelity prototype for a new smartwatch cover, they came to HA3D for engineering precision. With tight deadlines and a need for "perfect dimensions," standard printing wouldn't cut it.

The HA3D Solution

We engineered a two-part prototyping solution using Industrial-Grade Flexible TPU:

The Cover: A rugged, flexible housing modeled to exact tolerances, allowing the client to test the fit and tactile feel of the buttons.

The Seal: Using TPU’s unique elastic properties, we printed a functional seal to test the watch’s water-resistance and assembly gaskets.

Perfect Dimensions: Our high-resolution process ensured every millimeter matched the client's original CAD design for a seamless "snap-on" fit.
