Traditional rigid moulds can make it nearly impossible to remove delicate wax without cracking the design. The client needed a mould that was durable enough for repeated use but flexible enough to "peel away" from the finished candle.

We utilized Industrial TPU (Thermoplastic Polyurethane) to bridge the gap between durability and flexibility.

High-Flex Performance: TPU’s elastic properties allow the mould to be stretched and manipulated, ensuring a clean release for even the most complex candle shapes.

Heat Resistant: Engineered to withstand the pouring temperatures of various waxes without deforming.

Precision Detail: Our high-resolution printing captured every fine line and texture of the client's design, transferring it perfectly to the final wax product.
